Job Description
As a Senior Manager – Funds, you will lead client portfolio management, drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop high-performing teams while delivering exceptional client service and supporting business growth.
What you'll do:
• You'll lead and manage a high-value client portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery, profitability, and strong client relationships while fostering a client-centric and business development culture.
• You'll oversee and support the Client Administration Team, ensuring accurate portfolio management, effective workload allocation, team development, and high performance against KPIs and commercial targets.
• You'll drive operational excellence by improving processes, managing financial performance (including revenue, utilisation, and debtor control), and ensuring efficient execution of financial and administrative activities.
• You'll provide technical leadership and risk oversight, supporting complex client structures and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and embedding strong risk management practices.
• You'll contribute to business growth and leadership by supporting new business development, managing stakeholder relationships, mentoring staff, identifying training needs, and promoting a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Qualifications:
• You hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive industry experience in fund services or a related field.
• You demonstrate strong technical knowledge of fund administration, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, taxation, and best practices across relevant jurisdictions.
• You exhibit excellent analytical, numeracy, and IT skills, with the ability to interpret complex fund and legal documentation accurately and with attention to detail.
• You communicate effectively and collaborate well with colleagues, showing strong relationship management skills, high self-awareness, and a commitment to continuous development.
