You will play a key role in delivering high-quality compliance consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a client-facing position where you will lead projects, provide regulatory advice, and support the development of junior team members while contributing to a growing and dynamic business line.
What you'll do:
- You will manage and develop client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering ongoing compliance support.
- You will lead and deliver client projects including compliance monitoring reviews, AML projects, regulatory change initiatives, and FCA mock visits.
- You will provide expert regulatory advice, draft and review policies, procedures, and reports, and support RegData filings and compliance documentation.
- You will design and implement risk-based monitoring programmes and ensure all compliance deliverables meet regulatory standards.
- You will support and mentor junior team members while contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge development, and business growth.

Qualifications:
- You have experience in financial services, ideally within compliance consulting or a regulated environment.
- You have strong knowledge of FCA regulations, including AIFMs, MiFIDPRU, and the FCA Handbook.
- You have a practical understanding of asset management, investment banking, or related sectors.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver solutions to clients.
- You are degree educated or hold relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI), with strong technical skills in Microsoft Office tools.
