You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for IQ-EQ by creating and closing new sales opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships across your Cluster. This is a senior, highly visible role where you will work closely with Commercial Directors, Client Service leaders, and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver sustainable growth in line with the agreed Cluster Commercial Plan.

What you will do:

  • You will build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities while driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives across an existing client portfolio.
  • You will develop and maintain a robust network of prospects and business partners to generate consistent and high-quality sales opportunities.
  • You will identify, optimise, and progress sales opportunities using market insight, competitor analysis, and a deep understanding of IQ-EQ’s products and differentiators.
  • You will lead and coordinate complex, multi-jurisdictional sales proposals, working collaboratively with internal deal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • You will drive cross-border and cross-service line opportunities, supporting clients as they expand into new jurisdictions serviced by IQ-EQ.
  • You will participate in large and strategic opportunities from initiation through to closure.
