Job Description
We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Administrator within our Client Services team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Client Services team and provide administration services to the business.
What you\’ll do
- You\’llensure timely completion of investor and auditor requests while managing mailbox and workflow tools effectively
- You\’lloversee the preparation and delivery of client outputs, including setting and tracking timelines to meet agreed deadlines
- You\’llmaintain and review investor regulatory records, update contact details, and liaise with clients and investors as needed
- You\’llcollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assist with client and entity onboarding, and support ad hoc administrative tasks like payment processing
- You\’llcontribute to process improvements by suggesting ways to enhance efficiency or reduce risk, while ensuring consistent quality and timely task delivery.

Qualifications
- You have a minimum of five GCSE passes (or equivalent)
- You preferably have at least one year of experience in a finance administrative role
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
