Across 25 jurisdictions, our 6,500+ professionals combine technical strength, connected technology and human understanding – the IQ and the EQ – to free clients from operational complexity and give them the peace of mind to focus on their core business activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a day-to-day front office contact for your designated private equity, real estate, credit, or debt fund clients. You will be a part of a supportive team, own your tasks and proactively manage your deliverables and resolve any issues that may arise. This is a 100% remote position.

What you will do:

  • You’ll review quarterly/annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with reporting standards (e.g., UK GAAP or IFRS) in collaboration with your Manager and Technical & Training teams.
  • You’ll validate investor drawdown and distribution calculations, ensuring accuracy in fund movements, proper allocation of proceeds, and clear communication of all cash activities to investors.
  • You’ll mentor and support team members while developing deep expertise in client-specific accounting frameworks (per LPA), ensuring all transactions are handled correctly and efficiently.
  • You’ll drive results by improving processes, balancing stakeholder needs, demonstrating sound decision-making and courage, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

What we offer:

  • Comprehensive remuneration: Motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile.
  • Pension Scheme: Generous employer contribution with the ability to allow and increase employee contributions.
  • Wellbeing: Additional social benefits such as private health and dental cover, life assurance, discounted gym membership, eye test and corporate GP.
  • Annual leave: All our employees are entitled to 25 days paid leave, plus all UK public holidays. Enhanced maternity and paternity, including shared parental leave and adoption leave.
  • Flexible working: We recognise the value of working flexibly and are keen to ensure all employees enjoy an excellent work-life blend.
  • Support and development: We will ensure you have the right training, tools and development plan to grow and improve your skills every day.

Requirements:

  • You will hold a higher education qualification (e.g., IATI) and be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, qualified by experience, or equivalent.
  • You will bring 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally within financial services or an accounting practice managing multiple client relationships.
  • You will demonstrate strong accounting expertise, including reviewing working papers and financial statements (with disclosures) or equivalent experience supported by CPD.
  • You will have proven experience managing client relationships and resolving issues directly with clients in a professional manner.
  • You will support and mentor junior team members while applying intermediate Excel skills to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
