We're excited to announce that we're looking for a Senior Officer to join our dynamic Funds team in Jersey. You'll be completing a wide variety of fund administration tasks, including more complex client administration matters, accurately and in a timely manner, thereby supporting the ever-growing and diversified international client base.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll champion a culture aligned with group values by setting a strong example and promoting constructive client service practices locally and across the group.
  • You’ll contribute meaningfully at board meetings and clearly explain complex technical matters to the management team.
  • You’ll support the launch and administration of diverse fund structures, including private equity and open-ended funds, while actively managing related project work.
  • You’ll collaborate effectively to enforce policies, streamline processes, and provide hands-on support for the daily administration of client fund portfolios.
  • You mentor junior team members, assisting with technical queries and ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery of fund administration services.

Qualifications

  • You consistently demonstrate a high level of client service, ensuring your actions and solutions are aligned with best practices and client expectations.
  • You bring hands-on experience in mentoring and supporting junior Administration team members, helping them grow professionally and deliver quality outcomes.
  • You hold a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, or CISI, showcasing your technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • You are an active member of a relevant Professional Institute, reinforcing your commitment to professionalism and ethical standards.
  • You continue to invest in your professional growth through ongoing training, certifications, and industry learning initiatives.
