Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-value client portfolio ensuring service quality, profitability, and strong relationships
- Oversee Client Administration Team, optimize workload, develop the team, and monitor KPI targets
- Drive process improvements and financial performance (revenue, utilization, debtor control) for efficient operations
- Provide technical leadership and risk oversight for complex client structures and transactions
- Ensure regulatory compliance and embed strong risk management practices
- Support business growth through new business development, stakeholder management, and mentoring colleagues
Key requirements
- Professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive fund services experience
- Strong knowledge of fund administration, laws, regulatory requirements, taxation, and best practices across relevant jurisdictions
- Excellent analytical, numeracy, and IT skills; ability to interpret complex fund and legal documents
- Effective communication and collaboration; strong relationship management and commitment to development
- Resilience and integrity in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage workloads and support change while maintaining risk awareness
