You will manage a portfolio of structured finance and aviation SPVs, playing a key role in transaction execution, client relationship management, and governance oversight. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality transaction management services. Please note this is a 12 month FTC.

Responsibilities
  • You will act as transaction manager for a portfolio of SPVs across structured finance and aviation transactions, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • You will manage end-to-end transaction closing processes, reviewing documentation and coordinating with legal advisors and stakeholders.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external parties including auditors, lawyers, and investment managers.
  • You will ensure all governance, regulatory, and corporate secretarial obligations are met accurately and on time.
  • You will drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, managing risks, and supporting enhancements to processes and controls.
Qualifications
  • You hold a degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a professional qualification (e.g. ICSA or legal qualification) preferred.
  • You have experience in corporate services, structured finance, or a similar client-facing environment.
  • You have strong organisational, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • You demonstrate strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a structured, analytical mindset.
  • You have experience or exposure to structured finance and aviation transactions, with proficiency in MS Office and related systems an advantage.
