Job Description:

This role is based at Jersey\’s Gaspé House, with occasional travel to client or other IQ-EQ Group offices. You will be part of the Funds & Institutional department, managing a Client Administration Team, ensuring high standards of administration for a diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning a high-value client portfolio, ensuring smooth administration and high client satisfaction
  • Supporting senior leadership in achieving key performance targets
  • Providing technical guidance and driving operational improvements
  • Building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries to foster new business opportunities
  • Engaging in regulatory, risk management, and cross-functional initiatives
