What you’ll do:

  • Support client services operations by managing payment processes, maintaining investor records, and handling mailbox and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and review reconciliations, cash forecasts, loan reports, and compliance templates with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.
  • Deliver high‑quality outputs consistently while managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, teamwork, ownership, and effective communication skills.

Requirements:
