This is an exciting opportunity to join DataIQ’s Product team, supporting the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of our client experience. This is an entry-level role suited to a recent graduate or early‑career professional who is curious about the fast‑evolving world of data, AI and business transformation, and keen to build a career in a dynamic, client‑facing environment.

You will help operationalise a range of products including curated events, expert sessions, peer‑to‑peer connections, and content delivery, ensuring these run smoothly while also identifying ways to make them more scalable, measurable, and effective over time. Working across product, client success and delivery, you will play a key role in both executing day‑to‑day operations and improving how we track, manage, and evolve our offering based on data and feedback.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support product operations cadence – assist with weekly/monthly planning, tracking and reporting to keep priorities moving forward.
  • Maintain product documentation and playbooks – help keep materials (decks, guides, internal docs) accurate, accessible and up to date.
  • Coordinate delivery across teams – work with Product, Content, Sales and Client Success to support smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Track product performance and usage – help monitor engagement and usage across events, Hub and services, and share key insights.
  • Support product launches and updates – assist with rolling out new products, features and improvements.
  • Work with internal systems and tools – support the use of platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure processes are followed.
  • Help maintain a consistent client experience – support high‑quality, consistent delivery across all products.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement – flag inefficiencies or gaps in how products are delivered and contribute ideas to improve them.
