IPW Building Services is expanding and is seeking experienced Bona Fide Subcontractor Bricklaying Gangs to support our growing portfolio of new-build residential developments across Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. We are not recruiting to fill a short-term labour gap or complete a single project. We are looking to build long-term partnerships with quality gangs who want consistent work and the security of a strong pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience on residential housing developments
  • Valid CSCS cards for all operatives
  • NVQ Level 2 Bricklaying or equivalent experience
  • Reliable transport
  • Public liability insurance with a minimum £2 million cover
  • Commitment to quality, reliability and health and safety
