Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Staff Design Researcher to join our Customer Support team in London on a 1-year contract. You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.

As our Staff Design Researcher for Customer Support, you will deliver value through hands-on work, set clear research priorities, and keep the team focused on addressing the most crucial challenges for our customers and business. You’ll collaborate across multiple product teams to reduce customer effort, create alignment, and create seamless support experiences.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Be a cross-functional champion and partner up with engineers, product managers, analysts, as well as content and product designers.
• Bridge the gaps between different teams to ensure alignment on the most critical problems for our customers and business.
• Identify knowledge gaps and inspire your team to address them.
• Plan and prioritise the work with a focus on impact, driving informed decision-making throughout the process.
