An exciting opportunity has arisen as we expand our VCFSE support services in Tower Street Ipswich. Citizens Advice Ipswich is facilitating the VCFSE community in both, Tower House 17 Tower Street and 19 Tower Street. Opening interview, meeting and workshop spaces for the VCFSE to use on a day-by-day basis.
This evolved role of Office Support Officer is assisting with the development of a new opportunity, including supporting renovations and improvements to the historic buildings, enquiries from VCFSE colleagues and supporting the practical use of the spaces.
Working to the Business Support Manager to ensure that the needs of the current business are met such as post distributions, stationery, health and safety matters plus the expanded business of the new VCFSE business centre.
To be successful in this role you will be a confident, self-driven, and self-motivated individual with recent experience in a support role. You will have excellent IT and communication skills and be able to self-manage your workload and time, managing the current business demands and new business developments. You will have a passion for making a difference by providing a top-quality service for the people of Ipswich.
