Ipswich Housing Action Group is seeking a Navigator Prevention Specialist to join our team in Ipswich. The role is 37.5 hours per week, permanent subject to funding, with a salary of £28,000 per year.
You will work with Ipswich Borough Council’s Navigator Rough Sleeper Specialists and our Outreach team to identify service users needing move-on support and to help former rough sleepers at risk of returning to homelessness. ihAg prioritises relationship-based support and practical action.
