Ipswich Housing Action Group (ihAg) is seeking a Homelessness Prevention and Outreach Worker to support people who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness in Ipswich. You will engage through outreach, triage and advocacy to help access accommodation and navigate health, housing and social care systems.
The role operates within our relationship-first, person-centred approach, aiming to reduce barriers, strengthen resilience and achieve sustainable outcomes.
