Join Our Leasehold Services Team

We are looking for a dedicated Leasehold Support Officer to become a key part of our Leasehold Services Team. This full-time role, working Monday to Friday, plays a vital part in delivering an efficient and customer-focused leasehold service.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Leasehold Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative and frontline support across the Leasehold Service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for leaseholder enquiries, providing advice, information, and signposting as needed.
  • Managing service charge queries, dispute resolution, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely responses.
  • Supporting the production and issue of annual service charges and related documentation.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices, maintaining accurate ICT systems and records.
  • Assisting with leaseholder consultation processes under Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
  • Supporting debt recovery processes by monitoring and administering service charge arrears.
  • Handling legal documentation such as Right to Buy enquiries and service of legal notices within required timelines.
  • Working with internal teams including Surveyors and Repairs in the prevention, detection and remedying of building defects and associated matters.
  • Assisting the Leasehold Manager with investigations and preparing casework for legal proceedings where necessary.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Qualifications equal or comparable to at least 5 GCSE’s
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with the public.
  • Confidence in using ICT systems and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-first attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality, responsive services.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
