To assist the Temporary Accommodation Manager & Temporary Accommodation team in the day-to-day operations of the Councils temporary accommodation within a Hostel environment.
Carry out all administrative functions including, maintaining records, preparing statistics, completion of timesheets and data collection, both manual and electronic.
Co-ordinate repair works and liaise with contractors relating to the temporary accommodation buildings.
Hours of work are 14 per week, worked during office hours on Mondays and Tuesdays based at East Villa, 214 Sidegate Lane, Ipswich.
There may be a need to work from different hostel buildings at times.
DBS check required for this role.
