About The Role…
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead our growth strategy in the Electrical Utilities and Private Network market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key accounts.
As a Key Account Manager you will…
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy targeting utilities, energy providers, and private network operators both high and low voltage.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities in the electrical utility DNO, IDNO, ICP & Private Networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility executives, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations and marketing teams to align business goals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and report on business development performance.
About You…
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the electrical utilities or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, private networks, DNO, IDNO, ICP, and emerging energy technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Having a degree in Electrical Engineering or Business is advantageous.
