About The Role
Job Purpose: Responsible for maintaining accurate records and assisting in the preparation and processes that ensure information is provided in a timely manner to the technical services team, the business and our clients and ensuring data is both accurate and of a good quality. The technical services team work closely with the operational aspects of the business, as Data Administrator you will assist with collating, filing and maintaining such information to support these activities.
As a Data Administrator you will…
Principle Accountabilities:
- Administration
- Receiving works from site
- Maintaining records to update job status
- Working in conjunction with the operational side of the business
- Preparing presentation of deliverables including reports
- Data entry and updates using Excel, Access and all related software applications
- Technical Analysis
- Maintain systems (recording, process, archiving)
- Carrying out validation procedures
- Analyse and resolve or report anomalies
- Use CCTV data software to update information
- Use GIS software as required
- Following client specifications as necessary
- Update confidential commercial information
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of site work
- Using software applications to produce plans
- Producing schedules
About You
The role ideally requires a Level 3 or higher IT-related qualification and a relevant CCTV coding qualification (OS19x) is desirable but not essential, along with experience in data analysis, office duties, and working with maps, plans, and GIS systems. Familiarity with CCTV data input and update software would also be beneficial.
