About the Role…
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the RJ Power / Ipsum Team in Sidcup, London.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the stores and warehouse.
- Control stock levels, goods in/out, stock movements, and stock takes.
- Maintain accurate asset records, ensuring tools and equipment are tracked, inspected, and available when needed.
- Coordinate facilities activities, including maintenance, supplies, security, cleaning, and workplace standards.
- Support health and safety compliance, warehouse housekeeping, and risk management.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure operational needs are met.
About you
- Experience in stores, warehouse, stock control, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of goods in/out, stock control, and asset management.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and asset or inventory management systems.
- A good understanding of health and safety and manual handling practices.
Desirable
- Stores, warehousing, or inventory management qualification.
- Forklift or manual handling certification.
- Experience producing MI reports.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
