Ipsum is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of frameworks, schemes and complex works across the UK, with travel to sites as required.

You'll supervise operational teams, drive performance and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Technical & Innovation Director, you will influence strategic delivery decisions, manage customer relationships and support business growth within the utilities and water sectors.
