About the role…?

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of projects by providing coordination, administrative and commercial support to the wider team. Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, customers and key stakeholders, you will help ensure works are planned effectively, project information is accurately maintained, and activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with business and client requirements.

As a Project Support Administrator, you will…

  • Accurately process and maintain project information and records.
  • Manage Street Works permitting activities and associated processes.
  • Coordinate Traffic Management requests and bookings.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and support the raising of purchase orders where required.
  • Prepare, produce and quality check work packs and project documentation.
  • Provide commercial and administrative support to Project Managers and the Commercial team.
  • Monitor programme performance to support efficient delivery of works.Produce and maintain project and performance reports.
  • Support customer communications and stakeholder interactions.

About you…?

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Experience of Streetworks noticing
  • Secondary education minimum GCSE’S or equivalent in maths and English.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively as a team or on your own.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative.
  • A strong customer focuses.
  • An ability to identify where their assistance will help colleagues.
