About The Role
We have a superb opportunity to join our Team as Programme Coordinator, working in Ipsum Power Division in Haydock. You will support the Project & Field Managers in aligning with programme goals, with administrative duties including Streetworks Administration, and to ensure all works are compliant with respect to Ipsum process and client delivery requirements including the reporting of programme performance.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process information and ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in attaining and maintaining company certification systems and suggest corrective actions to any non-compliance
- Liaise with Project & Field Manager(s) for Streetworks requirements and administer Permits direct on Streetmanager or client platforms
- Sub contract liaison and Local authority engagement and preparation, production, and quality checking of work packs
- Administering of Permits & Inspection data capture and reporting along with performance monitoring of the work programme to ensure efficient delivery of the plans
- Reporting of programme management data and supporting in the programming of works for DLO (Direct labour) ensuring full, cost effective utilisation and priority.
- Ensuring DLO System compliance is met (Time sheets, Inspections)
- Logging measures - carrying out checks and balances against delivery outcomes vs planned
About You
- Previous Administrative / Programme Coordinator experience within Utilities / Power industry is preferable
- Experience Of Streetworks Noticing/permitting & Legislation/timescales essential
- The ability to remain calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
- A desire and personal pride to make improvements and self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative
- A strong customer focus along with an ability to identify where their assistance will help colleagues
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Secondary Education minimum GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
