About The Role…
At Ipsum, our vision is to be the leading customer service-focused provider of specialist utility and infrastructure solutions, operating on both public and private networks. Due to growth we are looking for someone to contribute to the provision of safe, high quality grounds maintenance services to a variety of clients and contracts across central Scotland.
As a Grounds Maintenance Officer, you will…
- To work within teams to deliver all aspects of grounds maintenance.
- Routine garden maintenance, Grass cutting using a range of pedestrian and ride-on equipment, hedge trimming & strimming Plant care, Pruning and Weed spraying.
- To operate and carry out basic maintenance of tools and machinery associated with the role in line with Health & Safety regulations.
- To communicate with clients and members of the public in a professional & courteous manner.
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and quality workmanship.
- Always Follow the Ipsum Drainage (Scotland) Limited Health & Safety policy.
- Carry our any other duties as may reasonably be expected of the post holder, commensurate with the scope, spirit and nature of the job
About You…
You’ll have experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with confidence using equipment like ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters. You’ll also bring good health and safety awareness and enjoy working as part of a team, building positive relationships with colleagues, management, and customers. This role will also require a full Driving Licence.
