Location: Grantham Lincolnshire

Employment type: Full time - 12 Month Fixed Term contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

As an Apprentice LV Cable Jointer you will be:

  • Understanding and working on development sites and the public highway
  • Understanding utility plans
  • Undertaking and learning cable jointing and network energisation activities
  • Ability to work with the general public
  • Assisting a cable Jointer with the installation of electrical connections
  • Understanding the use of tools and machinery, preparation of work sites for various works

About you:

  • GCSE Maths, English and Science Grade 4 and above
  • Driving Licence desirable but not essential
  • Good communication skills, both technical and non-technical, be adaptable, self-motivated, and flexible
  • Good customer communication skills
  • Highly organised and tidy
  • Must have a positive and confident approach to tasks
  • Be punctual and always adopt corporate company image
  • Good problem-solving skills

We require DBS Clearance for the position as you will be working with the general public.
