About the Role:
Based from either our depot in Hillington or Livingston, you will lead a skilled team of operatives undertaking all civil engineering tasks primarily associated with drainage works but including all works required of our client contracts. You will be responsible for undertaking all jobs competently and safely in a professional manner ensuring safe working practices whilst instilling client confidence in our company’s abilities. This is a permanent full‑time position.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
- Ensure Company policies are always adhered to
- Ensure all site related incidents are reported
- Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escape
- Produce high quality results, reports and feedback
- Establish good relationships and communication – resolve issues with early resolution of any potential problems
- Operate 24/7 – early starts, weekend working and out‑of‑hours across the UK
Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence
- NRSWA & CSCS
- Safety focused and produce high quality results
