About The Role…

Our business is growing and so is our fantastic Talent Acquisition team!

We have the opportunity for a motivated talent professional to join our team.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with stakeholders across the business to advise and support on all thing’s recruitment.

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working and travelling to our office in Chorley & Warrington.

  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will…
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers adopting a consultative approach to understand their hiring needs.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge in innovation developments in candidate attraction and sourcing channels to ensure we have in place the right people with the right skills when we need them to meet our growth objectives.
  • Manage campaigns and employer branding initiatives to engage and attract diverse talent pools.
  • Manage the end to end process and have responsibility for all vacancies within your business area
  • Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and create shortlists of qualified candidates for roles.
  • Manage selection processes, ensuring robust and consistent candidate assessments to appoint appropriately skilled candidates to roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Actively manage talent pools to generate a supply of candidates for critical and hard to fill vacancies
  • Showcase job vacancies and business/recruitment achievements across social media channels i. e. Linked In
  • Responsible for adhering to the recruitment SLAs and escalating any issues/blockages to the Head of Talent Acquisition if needed for resolutions to be sought
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through timely and effective communication and feedback.
  • Always maintain and update the ATS throughout the hiring process.

About You…

We are looking for someone who has experience in recruitment (in-house would be beneficial).

You must be motivated, have a can-do attitude & fantastic communication skills.

Ideally, we would be looking for someone who has recruited for group functional roles with knowledge in either the Power, Water or Engineering sectors.

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate must have a full UK driving license.
