About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Graduate, you will…
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners with day-to-day recruitment activities
- Managing and responding to emails & queries that come via the careers inbox
- Review of CVs for roles with high volume of applications
- Supporting the coordination of career events
- Attending career fairs to grow the Ipsum brand & our current opportunities
- Responsible for right to work compliance with pre starters
- Manage general queries from candidates/hiring managers
- Support group wide projects led by the Head of Talent Acquisition
About You
We're looking for a driven and ambitious graduate with a 2:1 or above in any subject who’s ready to kick-start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. You’ll be building strong relationships across the business from HR and Operations to senior leadership - so confidence and communication skills are key.
