About The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger to join our Finance Team, supporting the business’s strategy through efficient and accurate purchase ledger work. You’ll take ownership of key administrative tasks, ensuring invoices are processed smoothly, records are maintained correctly, and financial operations run seamlessly. As a trusted team member, your contribution will help drive the success of our wider finance function.
As a Purchase Ledger you will …
- Reconcile bank accounts and post cash transactions
- Process supplier payments, payroll, and staff expenses
- Raise and post journals; manage intercompany invoicing
- Set up new accounts and perform credit checks
- Handle finance enquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Meet month-end deadlines and provide cover across ledgers when needed
