About The Role…
To support project managers, and wider team, with administrative duties to help ensure all project delivery works are compliant.
- As a Project Administrator you will…
- Accurately process information
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in attaining and maintaining company certification systems
- Suggest corrective actions to any non-compliance
- Client interfaces - receive projects from client and raise Ipsum job on database
- Liaise with project managers to issue for quoting and oversee the purchase order process
- Assist the project managers in preparing quotations
- Subcontract liaison and potential raising of purchase orders
- Preparation, production, and quality checking of work packs
- Commercial support to the project managers and the commercial department
- Performance monitoring of the work programme to ensure efficient delivery
- Reporting of process management data
- Supporting with customer interactions - planned service interruption carding preparations, customer calls, letters, etc.
- Producing utility plans (safe digs)
- Ad-hoc support duties
About You…
- Previous administrative experience
- GCSEs Maths and English
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A desire and personal pride to make improvements.
- Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative.
- A strong customer focus.
- An ability to identify where assistance will help colleagues.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
