We have fantastic opportunity to join our Private Networks Division as an Engineering Manager
You will be results-driven with extensive experience leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced technical environments.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence, champion health and safety, and deliver complex engineering projects to the highest quality standards.
Strong background in HV/LV systems, technical leadership, resource planning, and customer-focused project delivery, with a track record of improving team performance, maximising utilisation, and supporting business growth.
Recognised for developing engineering talent, solving complex technical challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and building lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders through collaborative leadership and clear communication.
- As an Engineering Manager you will …
- Lead and develop a team of engineers within the Private Networks Division.
- Take overall responsibility for health and safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure high-quality technical delivery across projects and services.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and helping define the right customer solutions.
- Work closely with Operations, Project Management, and Service teams to ensure sufficient skilled resources and maximise utilisation.
- Improve engineering processes through lessons learned and continuous improvement.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Engineering Qualification (ONC, HNC, or equivalent).
- IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Experience in a technical engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of HV and LV electrical systems.
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and solve complex engineering problems.
- Experience managing resources in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
