Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available

Roles Available: 2 – also possible to take a team of 2 on as well as individual appointments

About the role

Working as a Team Leader to deliver Patching, Lining & Cutting solutions to our valued clients, in both regulatory and non‑regulatory environments. The majority of the work will be on our established frameworks with the country’s leading water companies. You will work as a team member and be responsible for all site activity, ensuring the team is working safely and efficiently and that work is completed within the required timescale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Patching, Lining & Cutting works completed on site
  • Offer support so that all site and reporting processes are adhered to fully
  • Act as a role model for the team, passing on experience to further the development and skill set of operatives
  • Work towards the compliance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
  • Ensure Company policies are always adhered to
  • Ensure all site‑related incidents are reported
  • Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalated
  • Establish good relationships and communication, resolving issues and early resolution of potential problems
  • Operate flexibly across 24/7 shifts, including early starts, weekend working and out‑of‑hours work across the UK

About you

  • Previous experience and/or qualifications within the Utilities and/or Drainage Industry.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • Patching City and Guilds
  • EUSR – Patching and Lining
  • Experience of leading a patching team
  • NRSWA Streetworks
  • Confined space level 2 and above
