About the role…
Working from one of our custom-equipped CCTV vans, you will visit all types of clients — commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, utility, etc. —across the UK. You will carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, assess pipe conditions, analyse results, and produce high quality reports. All this in conjunction with our Jetting Units when required, therefore you will be responsible for all site activity ensuring the team are working safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.
This is a full-time permanent role based from our Livingston office.
As a CCTV Drainage Engineer, you will…
Day to day responsibility for site staff and all associated site activity in conjunction with Project Supervisor.
Ensure compliance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
Ensure Company policies are always adhered to.
Ensure all site related incidents are reported.
Work closely with Project Supervisor to ensure work is pre-sited and pre-planned when required.
Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalate.
Responsible for all Jetting & CCTV work completed on site.
Responsible for producing high quality results, reports, and feedback.
Always establish good relationships and communication and resolve issues and early resolution of any potential problems.
You need to be flexible too: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours working across the UK
About you…
You’ll have experience or qualifications in the Utilities or Drainage industry, along with a full, clean driving licence. Ideally, you’ll also bring relevant certifications such as OS19X (MSCC5 standards), plus HGV qualifications.
