A Day in the Life
- You start your shift by heading to your assigned bus route or stop.
- Equipped with your Ipsos tablet, forms, and ID badge, you hop on the bus and begin your journey.
- As the bus travels through your local area, you:
- Approach passengers during their journey
- Ask a short set of questions
- Capture their experiences and feedback
- Occasionally record footfall as required
- Some shifts involve being on the bus for the full route, while others may involve a fixed three-hour session at a bus stop or bus station. Either way, free travel is provided on the bus you interview on.
