b Overview /b p As a Senior Consultant or Associate Director in Ipsos Public Affairs, you will lead policy and programme evaluations across social policy, with a flagship Education Technology programme. You will shape evaluation design, oversee client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver evidence that informs policy and delivery. You’ll work on complex societal challenges across education, welfare, crime, and government, driving impact through robust mixed-method approaches. This is a mission-driven role with a strong emphasis on leadership, quality, and new opportunities in a collaborative, expert environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 25 days annual leave /li li pension contribution /li li income protection /li li life assurance /li li health wellbeing benefits /li li professional development opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage policy and programme evaluations from inception to reporting /li li Contribute to evaluation design (theories of change, questions, frameworks, mixed-methods) /li li Manage clients, project teams, budgets, timelines, risks and quality /li li Oversee development of research tools, data collection, analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative evidence /li li Coordinate reports, presentations and practical recommendations /li li Lead client meetings and stakeholder relationships /li li Coach and support junior colleagues /li li Contribute to proposals and wider business development /li li Associate Director: manage larger/complex projects, provide senior oversight of design and quality, lead senior client relationships and multidisciplinary teams, and drive proposals and opportunities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience designing and delivering public sector evaluations /li li Proficiency in process, impact, theory-based and mixed-method evaluation /li li Experience developing theories of change and evaluation frameworks /li li Experience managing projects, clients, teams, budgets, risks and priorities /li li Ability to analyse and synthesise qualitative and quantitative evidence /li li Experience producing high-quality outputs and contributing to proposals /li li For Associate Director: experience directing evaluations or managing larger/complex projects with senior responsibility for quality, clients, teams, budgets and risks, plus leading proposals /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li People coaching and mentoring /li li Strategic thinking /li li Theories of change /li li Evaluation frameworks /li li Mixed-method evaluation /li /ul
