A Day in the Life

  • You start your shift by heading to your assigned bus route or stop.
  • Equipped with your Ipsos tablet, forms, and ID badge, you hop on the bus and begin your journey.
  • As the bus travels through your local area, you:
    • Approach passengers during their journey
    • Ask a short set of questions
    • Capture their experiences and feedback
    • Occasionally record footfall as required
  • Some shifts involve being on the bus for the full route, while others may involve a fixed three‑hour session at a bus stop or bus station. Either way, free travel is provided on the bus you interview on.
