What the Role Involves

  • Each shift is based on a specific route, stop, or station. You’ll be provided with everything you need, including a tablet, survey materials, and ID, to carry out your work confidently.
  • During your shift, you will:
    • Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey

    • Capture feedback on their journey and experience
    • Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall)

Shifts may vary:

  • Some involve travelling on a bus for the full route
