About the role:
The Healthcare Service Line collaborates with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device manufacturers, and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle, from early-stage strategy to product launch and optimization. It also specializes in therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology, and more. As a Research Manager at Ipsos, you will lead and deliver high-quality research projects, ensuring impactful solutions for clients. You will manage research methodologies, data analysis, and project execution, guiding teams and maintaining client relationships to contribute to the company's success.
Your day to day:
- Client Management: Manage multiple clients, understand their business needs, and lead meetings to address key issues.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze data, provide insights, and suggest solutions and new analyses.
- Project Leadership: Oversee all research phases, from proposal to report delivery, maintaining budgets and ensuring smooth operations.
- Financial Management: Manage project finances, contribute to revenue through proposals and account development.
- Quality Control: Review all project materials for quality and accuracy.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop existing accounts, and prepare proposals.
- People Management: Guide and mentor junior team members.
About you:
Key knowledge and skills include:
- Proven market research experience managing projects and client relationships
- Knowledge of health/pharmaceutical industry; Oncology experience is a plus
- Strong research methodology and data analysis skills
- Experience in drafting client materials like questionnaires and reports
- Experience in revenue generation and client development
- Familiarity with AI-based research tools
