As a Director in our Healthcare Syndicated team specializing in Cardio-Metabolics, you will lead and inspire a global team, act as a key driver in our clients’ success through impactful and insightful market research. Your role will involve developing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality research services. You will foster an inclusive culture, collaborate across teams in the UK, US, and KL offices, and spearhead business development and thought‑leadership initiatives within the healthcare sector. Your expertise will guide clients in making informed decisions, shaping their brands, and driving their business growth.

The Research Director will develop and achieve our business growth plan with a special focus on Cardio‑Metabolics, lead by example to build expertise and capability within the team, and play a key role in fostering an inclusive, connected culture across regions and time zones.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience in Pharma market research; Cardio‑Metabolic experience a plus
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of the principles of quantitative and/or qualitative ad‑hoc research techniques
  • Proven track record of team management
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies and analytical techniques
  • Expertise in developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships through consultation, partnership, and insight
  • A strong track record of successfully leading studies across the product lifecycle; several years focused on pharmaceutical brands essential

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with innovative methods, e.g., social intelligence analytics
  • Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day‑to‑day tasks
  • Familiarity with digital data collection methods and online analytics tools
  • Experience in global or cross‑regional market research projects
  • Enjoy breaking down complex topics and briefs into engaging studies with impactful results
