- Each shift is based on a specific route, stop, or station. You’ll be provided with everything you need, including a tablet, survey materials, and ID, to carry out your work confidently.
- During your shift, you will:
- Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey

- Capture feedback on their journey and experience
- Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall)
- Shifts may vary:
- Some involve travelling on a bus for the full route
- Others are based at a bus stop or station (typically around 3 hours)
- You’ll be working independently, often in public-facing environments, so confidence and resilience are key.
