Ipsos is a global leader in market research, and we are seeking English‑speaking Telephone Interviewers with experience engaging with customers in the American market. You will conduct telephone interviews with business customers across a variety of sectors, gathering high‑quality insights that help shape our clients’ business decisions. This role offers flexible shift options and the choice to work remotely or from our offices in London (Angel) or Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews using scripted questionnaires.
- Gather accurate, detailed feedback from participants.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
