About the role:
As a Senior EX Platform Consultant, you'll combine strategic consulting with hands-on platform expertise. You'll advise clients on employee listening programmes, help them maximise the value of their platforms, translate insight into action and build long-term client relationships. We're platform agnostic and work across Qualtrics, Perceptyx, Medallia, Viva Glint, Peakon, WorkBuzz and other leading employee listening technologies.
What you’ll be doing in practice:
- Advise clients on the design, implementation and optimisation of employee listening programmes using platforms such as Qualtrics and other leading employee listening technologies.
- Oversee configuration and optimisation of employee listening platforms, including survey design, reporting and platform setup.
- Work with platform partners and technical specialists to support integrations, troubleshoot issues and maximise platform capability.
- Design questionnaires and listening strategies that generate meaningful insight.
- Partner with analysts and data scientists to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Present insights to executive audiences and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
About you:
You have experience combining employee listening expertise with platform implementation and client advisory work. You're comfortable moving between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and practical discussions around platform configuration, survey design and programme delivery. You'll probably bring experience in many of the following areas:
Essential Skills:
- Experience implementing and configuring an enterprise employee listening platform (such as Qualtrics).
- Experience working with HRIS integrations, APIs or related platform technologies.
- Experience designing and delivering employee listening or employee research programmes.
- Strong client management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of employee research methods and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, self-starting and resilient — able to lead diverse teams and work effectively across internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and delivery.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with other platforms such as Medallia, Perceptyx, Viva Glint or Peakon.
- Experience contributing to business development, proposals or pitches.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including analysts, data scientists, project managers and designers.
- Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques such as segmentation or driver analysis.
