If you're looking to develop your career within qualitative research, we'd love to hear from you.About the roleYou'll join Ipsos Understanding Unlimited (UU), our qualitative research team, working alongside our researchers to organise and deliver high-quality research for clients across sectors including finance, FMCG and automotive. You'll work across UK and international projects, using methodologies ranging from face-to-face focus groups and interviews to online communities and other digital approaches. This is a hands-on project management role where you'll manage projects end to end, from creating budgets and project plans through to coordinating suppliers, recruitment and delivery. You'll contribute to project design, advise on screeners and respondent profiles, negotiate supplier costs and keep projects on track financially. You'll be joining a lively, fast-paced team where attention to detail, collaboration and creative problem solving are key. You'll also have opportunities to identify smarter and more efficient ways of working, share project learnings and continue developing your project management expertise. About youEssential skills:At least two years' qualitative project management experience, or experience in a related field such as market research recruitmentGood understanding of the full market research project lifecycleStrong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesConfident written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing budgets and project financesStrong attention to detail and ownership of your workProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsProficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasksDesirable skills:Experience contributing to client meetings and advising on practical project deliveryStrong client management experienceKnowledge of long-term community panels, or an enthusiasm to learn about themBehaviours:Resilient, flexible and agileCurious, with a desire to keep learningEmpathetic and an active listenerCollaborative and a strong team playerPositive, proactive and solutions focusedCreative in your thinkingMotivated and self-aware BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you as an individual.
