About the Role:

Join the thriving Ipsos Market Access team, a global leader in delivering insightful pricing and reimbursement strategies. As a Senior Consultant, you'll spearhead high-impact, multi-country projects and interact closely with payers and senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include project management, strategic recommendation delivery, and managing expectations through continuous communication with clients and teams. About You:

Essential criteria:

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA) or a BA/BS/MS degree with experience in market access
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare systems and pricing & reimbursement processes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight and immovable deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint

  • Exposure to global or multi-market projects
  • Available to start almost immediately
  • Experience contributing to proposals or business development activities
  • Familiarity with digital data collection tools and online analytics
  • Use of AI tools to enhance research, analysis, or efficiency
