About the Role:

As a Research Manager in our Healthcare Syndicated team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering groundbreaking insights in the cardio-metabolic field. Collaborate with global teams across the UK, US, and Malaysia to provide end-to-end research solutions. Engage with clients, transform their key business questions into impactful projects, and contribute significantly to our business growth. About You:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative ad-hoc research combined with a willingness to upskill on new approaches.

  • Passion for delivering insightful results.

  • Strong interest in working in Cardio Metabolics, across a range of clients and indications

  • Enjoying the challenge of digging into the data to find the answers to clients key business questions

  • Ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships through delivery of excellent reports / presentations

  • Proven ability to manage standard quantitative and/or qualitative projects end-to-end, including questionnaire/study design, project processes, sampling, and analysis

  • Ability to lead complex multi-country / multi-wave studies with multiple subscribers

  • Experience of managing, developing and motivating team members

Desirable Skills:

  • Solid research skills including questionnaire & study design, project processes, sampling and basic analytical techniques

  • Commercial outlook, understand client business and model our Client First behaviours

  • You should have strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and ability to work across multiple projects or tasks is key

  • Financial awareness: experience of proactively managing finances on projects and / or have had a core role in ensuring projects’ profitability

  • You are proficient in using data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance day-to-day research tasks
