As Brand Principal you will play a key role in winning and delivering brand consultation work with some of the world’s biggest brands, ensuring that the quality of deliverables and client experience are second-to-none. Your impact will be felt across three areas:

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the London office and the rest from home.

Your Day to Day

In this role, no two days will look the same:

  • Winning and delivering work for pillar clients and growth sectors.
  • You will be building relationships with key clients, equally able to manage tricky conversations as to ensure a brilliant end-to-end experience.
  • Developing pitches and proposals that stand out from the competition and feed our pipeline with high-value programmatic work.
  • Leading cross-functional teams on the design and delivery of brand consulting projects such as portfolio strategy, brand architecture, brand positioning and brand stretch, bringing fresh thinking that ensures a distinctive perspective on the challenge.
  • Directing and working with the cross-Ipsos project team on client deliverables, ensuring the highest quality and actionability.

Developing our business

As an expert in brand and marketing you will work with the Brand Practice lead to develop best-in-class offers and go-to-market plans that establish Strategy3 as a brand powerhouse in the market. Understanding the importance of profile, you will play a key role in our marketing activities, planning and facilitating events, presenting at client sessions and leading on thought leadership pieces that promote Strategy3 in the market.

Coaching and developing team

Directly managing team members, providing career development support and being their champion within the business. Setting clear expectations and providing regular and timely feedback to colleagues throughout the life of projects to support continuous learning and improvement.

Essential Criteria:

You will be a senior authority, for clients and the team, on all things brand. Entirely comfortable translating brand data into strategic insights you will be equally at home harnessing creative thinking and storytelling to build and embed strategies that inspire. Specifically we will be looking for:

  • A passion for brands and a strong commercial understanding of how brands grow.
  • Extensive experience in guiding global clients on how to build and execute brand and marketing strategies that translate to growth.
  • Detailed knowledge of how brand and marketing functions work in global FMCG businesses.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including upskilling teams in core brand frameworks and methodologies.
  • Entrepreneurial scrappiness and ambition.
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

Desirable Criteria:

Ideally you will have spent time working within a complex organisation and will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks in line with organisational compliance requirements.
  • Solid foundational knowledge in brand management and theory.
