About the RoleJoin Ipsos Healthcare's Custom Research team as a Director and play a pivotal role in helping pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients make critical decisions across the product lifecycle. Working with some of the world's leading healthcare organisations, you'll combine strategic thinking, commercial leadership and research expertise to deliver meaningful impact for clients and patients alike. As a Director, you'll be responsible for leading and growing key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships. You'll oversee the delivery of high-quality bespoke healthcare research programmes, from proposal development through to insight generation and strategic recommendations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, developing innovative solutions to complex client challenges, contributing to thought leadership initiatives, and building capability across the team. About YouEssential SkillsExtensive experience in primary market research, with a strong focus on Healthcare Research. Degree or equivalent experienceExpert in developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through consultation, partnership and insightThorough knowledge and experience of the principles of quantitative and/or qualitative ad-hoc research techniques Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Deep understanding of research methodologies and analytical techniques.
