About The Role
Join our vibrant Field Department, comprised of over 60 team members, overseeing a vast network of 500+ interviewers across the UK. As a Technical Specialist, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining systems that enhance departmental efficiency and automation. You will serve as a vital link between our Field Department and Technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution by creating performance reports and collaborating with the Software Development team to refine our Field Management System.
About You
Essential Skills- Proficient in Excel, Power Query and VBA macros.
- Experience with Power Automate or other RPA tools.
- Logical and critical thinking skills.

- Knowledge of SQL and Web Development.
- Experience with Power BI and PowerApps.
- Experience working with APIs and HTTP requests.

- Ability to translate technical terms & facilitate communication between Operational and Technical teams.
