This role is for a sub‑team within the CX team – THL (Transport, Hospitality and Leisure). Working across sectors including Travel, Tourism, Attractions, Transport and Hospitality, we use cutting‑edge technology (yes, inc. AI), leading frameworks and consulting skills to work across some exciting and genuinely interesting businesses. In short, our work helps clients get and keep customers so it’s a massive focus for all parties!

The Role

From day one, you’ll be working on live projects for some of our clients across a variety of industry sectors. You will gain exposure to a variety of research approaches – quantitative, ad‑hoc and tracking studies – working with research and insight colleagues. As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, balancing project management and delivery responsibilities to ensure work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within scope. Your role will include:

  • Supporting the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including client briefs, timelines and costings, fieldwork management and quality control
  • Managing and coordinating project plans, timelines, roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
  • Undertaking quality assurance across materials, data and reporting to maintain high standards throughout projects
  • Supporting overall account success through financial awareness, project reviews and assisting with responses to client briefs.
